Positive: Ah, The Palazzo. Just saying the name makes me feel like I should be sipping champagne in a velvet robe while gazing out over the neon-drenched wonderland that is Las Vegas. And let me tell you—my stay there was nothing short of magical. My wife and I stayed over the Halloween weekend, and from the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I felt like I’d wandered into a dream spun from Italian marble and golden light. The check-in was smooth, the staff were charming, and the scent of luxury hung in the air like a promise. The air quality was also much better than at other resorts I have stayed at that allow smoking, which was a pleasant surprise as well. But the real enchantment began when we opened the door to our suite.

Negative: One of my few complaints was actually navigating through the Shoppes that connect the Palazzo with the Venetian. The layout is a bit of a maze and we got lost several times trying to navigate through the twisting corridors that looped around. There were some directory kiosks, but they were not very helpful, and we ended up walking in circles one night. I wish they labelled their corridors with names like "Venice Lane" so it would be easier to navigate.
