Summary: Nice house just as identified in the listing, and great to sit out in the morning and evening and enjoy the water and views. We ended up with a heat wave there beginning of June, the A/C units were ok, but needed fans in other rooms and they were provided by the owners, but was still hard to cool down enough during the night in bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. The closets to hang clothes were small, and one bedroom didn't even have any available because they were locked for the owners stuff. The 2nd bath is very small, brought a portable table to use and worked out well. They needed more utensils (forks and knives), and some serving bowls would be nice too. The refrigerator was not hooked up for the water, so no ice and had to buy at the store, but by the time back to the house, it had already melted enough that it formed one big block after we put into the freezer. The dock was great to use for our kayaks, but watch out for the ducks, they like it too (poop and feathers). The water had already turned green from the algae, and by the last day it was really bad as it got hotter. They say normally it isn't this bad this early in the month, just a bad year. There are lots of spiders there, not just the house, but the whole area. After a few days of one car being parked since we generally used the other car, there were spider webs forming on outside of car, crazy.
