Your Boardman River relaxing getaway! With 600 ft. of frontage, the home sits on 2+ acres, steps away from the yearlong beauty of the Boardman River. The Boardman River is a 28.2-mile long river that flows into the west arm of the Grand Traverse Bay in Traverse City, Michigan that is considered to be one of the top trout streams in Michigan.
The Space:
This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom (along with an open loft) home is located on a secluded and quiet lot with plenty of room for outdoor activities. The property also offers our "Pool Hall" which is equipped with a sauna, pool table, smart TV, a bar, and games! Outside, A nice outdoor grilling area & fire pit, outdoor shower, direct access into the Boardman River, make the yard perfect for gathering. Along with the wrap around porch, you always have a beautiful view of the river.

Common area- 4 Twin/single beds
There is a steep ladder with hand rail that is required to climb in order for access to loft area. The loft is best suited for children or teens.

We do not allow for any more than 2 pets per stay.
The River Pitch is equipped with two outdoor security cameras. One above the front deck and one above the back deck. It is for the safety of our guests and our own peace of mind. If you have any questions or concerns please send them our way!
