This is a fully furnished and self contained unit with ensuite, open plan living + dining space, internal laundry and full access to the resorts facilities which include a pool, sauna, 2 spas, BBQ area, tennis court, gym and games room. Extra Features Include: Foxtel and Air Conditioning In this unit the main bedroom is situated at the front, and the second bedroom at the back. Linen (sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath towels) is provided at this property. There is basement parking for one car per unit. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, washing up liquid etc. In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am. Pets are not permitted at this property.
