Perfect for a family vacation!This luxurious early Georgian retreat has been beautifully redesigned with a modern touch without sacrificing its truly historical aesthetics. It features warm colours, ample natural light and lots of room! Spacious and opulent - it's the perfect spot for a family looking for a countryside retreat with central locations still a modest drive away. Spanning across three storeys, each floor is quite unique. On the ground floor you will find a dining room, a conservatory, and a stunning kitchen with both hi-spec and old school features. Moving on to the first floor, you will find a myriad of bedrooms: a couple of guest rooms, a couple of kids bedrooms and also a master bedroom. The second floor sports a cinema room, a game room and two additional guest rooms. To top it off, outside the guests will have the pleasure of enjoying a massive garden which also has a peaceful river running through it. Last but not least, there is also a nearby trout fishing lake. This is truly a unique home and will be perfectly suited for a family looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.You'll have access to the home at all times. Situated near Oxford, this home is the perfect location for friends and family who want to leave the city behind and enjoy the quaint ambience of the countryside. In the near area guests can also enjoy walks in the Chiltern Hills and various cycling and walking trails.The home is a short taxi drive away from various centres in the area such as Oxford, Aylesbury and High Wycombe. For guests arriving by car, there is plenty of parking space.The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.This apartment is cosy, captivating and a pleasure to stay in.
