Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. My evening meal was very good and tasty. The bedroom was roomy and the bed comfortable, although the mattress slightly soft for me. Overall it's a very welcoming environment.
Negative: The bedrooms are obviously very new. Mine (room 4) was good but needs a few tweaks: a chair would be most welcome, as would somewhere to hang towels. The heating was fully on and the room very hot but I couldn't find a way to regulate the temperature beyond opening the window. Unfortunately at 9:45 in the morning (checkout is by 10) I found myself locked in the accommodation area as the door at the bottom of the stairs was locked. I got no reply when I rang either the mobile or the landline numbers or banged on the door, and ended up exiting via the fire escape.
Summary: Very good, but needs a few tweaks.
