The home has a multitude of special features including a sky deck, solar panels, geothermal heating system, hot tub off the master, native landscaping, and back-up generator. Studio BNA masterfully incorporated natural materials, folding glass doors and large, strategically placed windows throughout the residence allow for natural light in every room and striking views of the Gallatin & Absaroka Ranges from Yellowstone to the Crazy Mountains. To complete this haven for nature lovers, +/- 700 feet of beautiful Emigrant Creek runs through the property and the property borders BLM land which leads to USFS land. Chico Hot Springs, Sage Lodge and Emigrant Fishing Access are just a short drive away. Yellowstone National Park +/- 31 miles, Livingston +/- 27 miles, Bozeman +/- 50 miles.
