Staff wear gloves for cleaning.* This home, right in the heart of Oxford, offers beautiful, colourful living space with hardwood floors throughout and a beautiful outside space. Its convenient location in Summertown makes this the ideal place for friends or family visiting Oxford alike. This home has a cozy sitting room with three large sofas, a big TV, old fireplace and everything you’d need for a relaxed evening watching TV with friends or family or reading a book. The comfy and modern furniture and the lovely Victorian window make this the home’s best communal space, the hardwood floor, art and little nooks round up the room. The home’s spacious dining room is located right next to the sitting room and offers not only enough space for all your guests but also a great design and lots of light coming through the beautiful windows. Every room in the house, including the dining room has been repainted in stunning colours. The kitchen, adjacent to the dining room benefits from so much natural light also and offers a fully functioning, redecorated workplace, classic wood furniture and a big English sink. It also has its own dining room connected. You’ll have a great view of the outside while using this room as one of the great communal spaces of this home. All the 5 bedrooms are of a good size and have comfortable mattresses. All rooms are secluded, quiet and benefit from large modern windows. One bedroom comes with a king size bed, 3 with double beds, and one with a bunk bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for 2 additional guests. Some bedroom have the great wooden floors of the downstairs, others brand new carpet. All benefit from warm and carefully designed rooms, ideal for a good night’s sleep. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 with bathtubs and one with a shower, and an en suite toilet room for guests added convenience. There are also a washing machine and lots of amenities if you wish to use them. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. There is also a garden, ideal to enjoy meals or drinks together during warmer weather days. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 10pm. Right in the heart of Oxford only moments away from the Oxford University Natural History Museum, plenty of colleges and more, yet it feels like your far away from the hustle and bustle. The University Press, many Colleges, cafes, restaurants and bars & pubs are in walking distance and the home is close to beautiful green spaces, this home is the perfect location for friends or family. The centre of Oxford is walking distance and you will be spoilt for choice where to look with Oxfords ancient heritage and beautiful academic buildings. You’re also never too far from Oxford’s great nightlife. Given the location of the home, most of Oxford's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. You’ll also be able to hail a taxi or use Uber to get around. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
