Summary: Email on the day of stay to say that the hotel was only open 8-12 in the morning and that my room key was in the door to my room. Didn’t even know where to find my room! Then the key wouldn’t come out the door, rang the emergency number and yes, someone did come to help. No restaurant open or bar and for a loan female travelling, it wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. Radiator in the bathroom didn’t work so the whole room was freezing. Had to stand in a towel as the floor tiles were really cold. On checkout, no “how was your stay”, just paid my bill and left. Won’t be staying there again. £90 for a bed!
