Located 5 min to the Ventura beach and 10 min to downtown Ventura. A block away from the Camino Real Park where the monarch butterflies rest along their migration south in the fall. Tennis courts, sprawling green meadows and Eucalyptus trees fill this park.
The space is a separate back house with a private entrance, garden, deck, master bedroom with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, full sized kitchen, dining room, living room with a West Elm queen sized fold-out sofa, and two 75” smart TVs.
Additional comforts are central heat and air conditioning, black-out window shades, brand new appliances, Bertazzoni refrigerator, Bertazzoni stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking essentials, pots, pans, glasses, dishes, silverware, dining room with table that seats 6, laundry room with a brand new LG stack washer/dryer, extra towels, pillows, board games, books, and beach essentials.
You will have full access to the private back house, garden, and deck. Please note that Ventura City has a strict noise ordinance that enforces quiet hours from 10PM-7AM.
