Just 2 blocks from Mizzou's campus and a short walk to downtown, Boone Hospital and Stephens College, this historic home was designed by architect James Jamieson and built in 1916 for Walter Miller (noted linguist, classics scholar and archaeologist) and his wife Jennie Emerson Miller. Extensively remodeled in 2023, the home's classic architecture remains while modern and luxurious additions will make your stay comfortable and convenient.

First floor: Well-equipped Chef's kitchen with custom Amish cabinetry, quartz countertops and KitchenAid appliances. Den with desk, game table and sofa with queen size pull-out bed. Half bath. Large living (55" HD tv) and dining rooms with French doors to covered porch. Second floor: Primary bedroom has king bed, day bed with trundle, HD tv and private ensuite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have king beds, HD tvs and share a full bath. Large laundry room with washer and dryer. Third floor has additional living area with HD tv , dining area with bar sink, microwave and beverage cooler, full bath and two bedrooms. Bedroom 4 has a king bed and a twin bed. Bedroom 5 has a king bed.
