There are also plenty of walks from the property on the quiet country lanes or access to the Saints Way Footpath (0.5 mile). Or take a short walk to the local pub, The Halfway House within a mile. Padstow itself is infamous for its lovely array of local shops, cafes and restaurants. For outdoor enthusiasts, Padstow is the endpoint for the Camel Cycle Trail and close-by to sandy beaches up and down the coastline. Like Padstow, Wadebridge can also be reached within 5 miles. Across the water, you will find Rock and Polzeath, both under 11 miles away from the cottage. Other attractions in the area include many National Trust properties such as Lanhydrock (14.5 miles) or Trerice (13 miles), Camel Creek Adventure Park (1 mile) and The Eden Project, all within 12 miles and well worth a visit.
