The Watermelon Patch has a clean, quiet, airy vibe, simple yet stylish. Great for business trips, families, young kids as well as older persons, with just one step-up into the apartment. It's a 5 minute walk to Highway and 15 minutes walk to Main Road. It’s in {close driving} proximity to malls, eating places, groceries UWI and ideally situated between POS and Airport. Our entire space was designed with comfort and safety in mind. The property is fenced with security cameras on the outside premises.
