Summary: The communication and customer service was absolutely amazing throughout, right from the beginning. Loved their hospitality even though it was through email. It's a grand property from cottages, to hotels, to villas and golf courses. We got upgraded to a villa and it was just what we needed after a long day of driving and hiking in -4 degree weather. It was so comfortable and felt homey. WIth a kitchenette 2 bedrooms, and even a bathtub with jets. Wish we had a little more time but this is a great property to choose!
