Summary: Overall this was a fabulous property. We did have a couple of glitches, theater room tv never could hook up properly to dish so we never really were able to use that room as we had hoped. Also, the hot tub never would heat sufficiently. But on the positive side, the house is HUGE. Tons of room for everyone. 2 full sized refrigerators, two full sized stoves and microwaves, 2 large islands, 3 balconies overlooking Gatlinburg. We even had 3 bears come visit us almost every day, but they never bothered us and were fun to watch from the safety of our vacation home. Our neighbors however weren't so lucky, apparently the bears broke into their car and did some minor damage. (an important reminder to not leave ANY type of food in the car, even bubblegum!) Overall this was a fabulous vacation home and I would definitely consider renting it again.
