Summary:
Chill in the theater room, get toasty in the hot tub, stay out enjoying Spokane nightlife, or sleep in with comfy queen beds and pillows. This home, just minutes from downtown, is sure to please during your stay! Upstairs main level has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, open concept living room with smart TV seamless to dining room and kitchen, uncovered back porch and hot tub, and downstairs has bedroom, bathroom, storage, and media room with 75" smartTV and surround sound! (Thank us later!)
The Space:
There are about 7 stairs leading to the front of the house, 3 of which are at the sidewalk by the street and 4 more at the front door. You'll enter the front door of the home to the living room, which is seamless to the dining room and kitchen. The two bedrooms and bathroom are just off the living room, with queen beds and extra pillows and blankets in each bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking spices, cookware, knives, silverware and dishes and cups for eating meals.
Off the dining room, there is a staircase that leads downstairs. Once you get to the bottom of the stairs, you'll enter the expansive theater room. Here, you'll find a 75-inch HDTV and surround sound with streaming apps downloaded so you can watch your favorite shows. (We do not provide DVD's or cable at this time.) By the staircase, you'll find the bathroom and utility room. Past the sectional, you'll find the third bedroom with queen bed, more fluffy pillows and throw blankets and a walk-in closet.
Back upstairs to the kitchen, you'll exit via the sliding door to a generously-sized covered porch leading to the hot tub. Please make sure all of your guests know the hot tub rules. Don't worry about putting pool chemicals into the pool. We have a service that takes care of that for us.
We do allow pets here, and charge a small pet fee for the stay. Please inquire if you're traveling with any furry friends and we'll confirm the pet fee. We don't have many restrictive rules, but we do ask that you bring a crate if you have to leave your beloved pet behind for small periods of time. And please kindly ask them not to disturb the neighbors while you're away.
We provide check in instructions, including the address, WiFi, door code, pertinent info about the home, and a link to our Welcome Book 48 hours prior to check in.

We do have recording devices on the outside of the home, front and back, for safety and security. These cameras do record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. The front camera is an overhead camera at the front door and faces the street. The back camera is on the house facing the alley. No cameras are mounted in, nor do they face/record any private, guest-only areas.
