Positive: It was a beautiful place, comfortable.
Negative: As soon as we opened the door we were met with a terrible smell, we had a hard time figuring out where it was coming from, we sprayed with air freshener but it didn't help. We then thought it was the water only to discover that it was food left in the garbage disposal, and fodd left in dishwasher. It took a lot to get rid of the smell. We notified the company were told someone would get in touch with us, but no one ever did. The towels in the basement bathroom smelled like mold, like maybe they hadn't been washed. There was something sticky on the kitchen table, and on the kitchen floor. I believe the place needs a new house cleaner. The place it self was very nice.
Summary: Once we eliminated the smell and did some cleaning it was good.
