Positive: The room I had included 2 beds and a kitchen. Everything worked in the kitchen and the cleaning staff were very attentive. They did a load of laundry for me at low cost. The A/C worked well and you will need it in Feb/Mar. The humidity is brutal. The hostel had a problem with their CC terminal but it was resolved while I was there. I appreciate their effort to accommodate credit cards for me. Most of Galapagos is cash only.

Negative: It ended up being a longer walk to just about everything than I expected. Even though I knew where it was located, I wasn't thinking that I would need to walk back and forth so many times a day. The humidity and heavy rain was really a problem while I was there in Feb/March. This isn't a fault with the hostel, just something that other travelers need to keep in mind.

Summary: A good option at a reasonable price.
