* W E L C O M E // We are thrilled to now be hosting guests @The Brass Moose in Sunriver! We spent nine months in 2022-2023 rejuvenating this 90’s style "charmer" into a modern desert retreat. Whether you choose to curl up with a cup of coffee in our sunbathed living room or dine al fresco on our back deck under the Ponderosa Pines, you will most certainly feel that you have escaped urban life.
* D É C O R // Our home is thoughtfully designed and curated with modern, classic, lux décor. You will see mountain animals roam the halls and walls, as well as vibrant pops of Pendleton flair sprinkled throughout the rooms. Our custom mural of Mt. Bachelor is the definitely the showstopper of the space!
* E N T R Y // Step inside and be WOWED by the modern black and white design theme! Rest on the sheepskin entry bench, while doffing your shoes & boots after a long day of traveling, skiing or playing pickleball. Hang your hat & scarf on the brass animal hooks to add a bit of personal charm and color to the entryway. Look up to see how the natural light gleams through the vaulted ceiling windows to create a light & bright feeling in our open floor living plan. Awww…take it all in!!
* L I V I N G + R O O M // Curl up with a glass of wine on our large white sofas (stain protected, of course!) and stream a cult classic show that you’ve been dying to catch up on. OR, chill out on a pouf by the fireplace and enjoy some friendly competition playing Scrabble, Jenga, Cards Against Humanity or What do you Meme.
* K I T C H E N // Enjoy our brand new, deliciously designed kitchen! Featuring all new Stainless Steel appliances, our kitchen comes fully equipped with all your favorite essentials, as well as specialty olive oils, vinegars & spices. In addition, our eye catching, black veined stone island is the perfect backdrop for a late afternoon charcuterie board nosh sesh. The cuisine artist in your group will have a heyday!
* C O F F E E + B A R// We’re taking a guess that you love your morning cup of Joe as much as we do! So, we added a dedicated coffee bar with all the bells and whistles for your morning delight, including a Keurig, Cuisinart Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder, Nespresso Milk Frother and a Fellow Tea Kettle. Caffeinated & Decaf coffee & tea are provided, along with a variety of sweeteners and creamers.
* D I N I N G + R O O M // We kept the original dining table from the previous owners because it’s solid wood, super sturdy and adds a bit of the ‘90’s cabin charm! The table can accommodate seating for 8-10. Add additional seating by using the front entryway bench or bring in a few black indoor/outdoor chairs from the deck/garage.
* B E D R O O M S // The 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths are all conveniently located on one level. We proudly use all white bedding, as is the hospitality standard in high end hotels. All bedding is sanitized between each guest. We are pleased to have an off site laundry service to professionally launder our bed linens with free & gentle detergent.
• Primary King Ensuite: New Cal King memory foam mattress, 2 down & 2 alternative down pillows, Smart TV, electric fireplace, full length mirror, walk-in closet, double vanity bathroom, water closet, soaking tub, step-in shower, shower essentials and small toiletries provided. Exterior door to back deck & hot tub.
• Junior King Ensuite: Cal King Casper memory foam mattress, 2 down & 2 alternative down pillows, Smart TV, full length mirror, single vanity bathroom, step-in shower, shower essentials and small toiletries provided. Sliding door to back deck.
• King Bedroom: King mattress, 2 down & 2 alternative down pillows, TV w/ Roku, Jack & Jill bathroom, shower essentials and small toiletries provided.
• Queen Bedroom: This is our favorite mural room! Custom designed and painted by my niece, 2 Queen mattresses, 2 down & 2 alternative down pillows per bed, Jack & Jill bathroom, shower essentials and small toiletries provided.
* D E C K* // Kick your feet up and grab some Vitamin D on our contemporary outdoor furniture. The outdoor living space is warm, relaxing & oh so peaceful, especially mid-morning through the early afternoon when the sun soaks the deck. Unwind & scroll Insta in our 2 large wicker egg chairs. Who’s the pitmaster in your group? We have a gas BBQ that’s calling your name! Enjoy al fresco dining for 10 at our outdoor teak dining table. The solar candles and succulent plant décor add to the beautiful twilight aesthetic when the sun goes down. (*Outdoor furniture, BBQ & décor available during summer months only May 1- Nov 1.)
* H O T +T U B // After a long day skiing Mt. Bachelor, floating down the Deschutes River or having a Sunday Funday (cheers!), be sure to slip into our cozy hot tub sanctuary on the back deck. Unwind amongst lounge seating, solar candles in this private enclosed setting. (*Outdoor décor during summer months only May 1- Nov 1.)
* G A R A G E // Accommodates one large vehicle inside the double bay garage door. Guests are free to use the garage door button inside the garage to open and close the door.
* B I C Y C L E S // We have a fleet of 6 beach cruisers made by Priority. Old school styling with a modern tech belt drive. Built on a foundation of the grease/rust-free Gates Carbon Drive, these 3- speed bikes feature a lightweight, rust-resistant aluminum frame and fork, sealed bearings, puncture-resistant tires and color-matched fender. Ride to the SHARC or The Village...or to the Marina for Margaritas.
