This top-floor condo (Unit 517) in the lovely Ocean One complex has stunning ocean views from the living room and master bedroom balconies. It was remodeled in 2011 to give it the feel of a luxurious beach cottage with a penthouse view. The living room furniture has been updated in 2021 as well.
The condo is a very short walk to Coligny Plaza with its variety of shops and restaurants and entertainment---you can leave your car in the parking lot your entire vacation. You can walk out of the Ocean One complex to miles of running trails, or take a bike for a ride on the beach, or drive a short ways to the top-notch golf courses nearby.
This villa is non-smoking with no pets allowed. Cleaning is included in rates, but 11% Hilton Head and state taxes are not. Parking passes for two cars are issued for each stay.
Ocean One has two elevators.
There is no sleeper sofa, but there are beds to sleep 5, and a Frontgate twin EZ bed that can be used for a sixth sleeper.
