• After unlocking the door, please return the key to the lockbox anytime you leave the property, in case of emergencies.

• Free parking is available in the gravel area beside the home.
• Please avoid blocking the walkway or fire pit area.

House Rules:
1. No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
We have a zero-tolerance policy.
2. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to
availability and may incur a fee due to enhanced cleaning
measures and third-party cleaning schedules. Guests overstaying or delaying housekeeping will be liable for
associated costs.
3. Local Reservations: Reservations from guests within their city of
residence are not allowed. Please contact us if you are booking
within your city.
4. No Smoking or Drugs: Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and
excessive noise are prohibited, including on porches and in
shared spaces. Violations of the smoking policy incur a $250 fine
plus cleaning and repair costs. Marijuana use is strictly
prohibited.
5. No Commercial Use: Commercial photography and videography
without written consent are strictly prohibited.
6. Illegal Activities Prohibited: Illegal activity, prostitution, and
possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.
7. Guest Limits: The number of overnight guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. Exterior cameras are in use. Violations will be enforced.
8. Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for damages, injury,
or loss that occur on the premises. Any property damage must
be reported to customer service. Unreported damages will be
deducted from the security deposit or reported to the booking
platform.
9. Pet Policy: Dogs only allowed. The pet
fee is $100 per pet per stay, with a $200 monthly cap, and is charged on the day of check-in. Unauthorized pets will incur
additional fees. Cats and other pets are not allowed. Pets are not allowed on provided linens; an additional $50 fee applies for excess pet hair on linens.
10. Consumable Amenities: Initial supplies of amenities like toilet
paper and paper towels are provided. 1 bag of complimentary firewood provided. Guests are responsible for
replenishing these items as needed.
11. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM daily.
12. Amenities: We strive to ensure all advertised amenities are in working order. If an amenity fails mechanically and cannot be used during your stay, we will refund $15 for every 24 hours the
amenity is unusable, provided we are properly notified. No refunds are issued for improper use by guests.
13. Internet Service: Wireless internet is provided as a courtesy. Service can sometimes be erratic. We are not responsible for internet issues or provide technical support, and no refunds are
issued for internet service problems.
14. Pet Linens: Pets are not allowed on our provided linens. Please bring your own if your pet will be on the bed. Excess pet hair on our linens will incur a $50 fee. Pet covers for both chairs and the couch are provided.
15. Guests who make reservations for over 28 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).
16. Agreement to House Rules: Booking a reservation constitutes
agreement to comply with these House Rules. Violations will
result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs, or
expenses.
