It is centrally located in the heart of Orange Beach and just minutes away from local area shops, restaurants, and many area attractions to keep you busy. This beautiful condo has 1 bedroom, 2 -twin size (short, kid sized) hallway bunks, queen size sleeper sofa and 2 full bathrooms, sleeping a total of 6 people.

The hall bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo to accommodate guests sleeping in the hall bunks and sleeper sofa! A twin over twin bunk nook in the hall is perfect for small children, making this unit a prime choice for small families. Next, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances that is perfectly suited for cooking up delicious snacks and meals. Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig provided. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, adding additional sleeping space as well as a cozy space to sit and enjoy the TV and free Wi-Fi. Finally, head out on to the private balcony to enjoy the serene views of the marina and Intracoastal waterway as you reflect on the memories created over the day or plan for the day ahead! Enjoy a 2 seat outdoor dining set and lounger while soaking up the gulf and pool views!
When you are ready to enjoy the amenities, you will have access to a heated indoor pool (heating the pool in late November and it stays heated until April) with a swim through feature to the heated outdoor pool! A BBQ area also provides the perfect space for putting your grill skills to good use!

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.
* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $35 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property on the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
