It can easily accommodate 12 adults and 4 children comfortably in its six air conditioned bedrooms and eight bathrooms. In fact, it encompasses 10,000 m of total area plus a two-car garage.

The house is operated with staff (shift 8 hours with 1 hour for lunch). A 10% service fee extra charge must be considered, which will allow us to offer the appropriate quality, service and experience during your stay with us. The following services will be included: cleaning services, shopping of food/beverages and delivery to the house prior to your entrance, preparing and serving breakfast (supplies from the guests), garden and pool maintenance and a night watchman.
Extra children under 12 years old will not be counted as long as it does not exceed 30% of the number of guests. And extra people over 12 years old will have extra fees to be agreed).
* Silence from 10pm till 8am. No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed.
* Social visits are limited strictly from 8am until 10pm, up to 4 people at the same time and up to 6 people per day. Guests must be pre-identified with anticipation. Extra staff may be needed at owner's discretion.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet
* No recordings and/or videos (public or private) with commercial purposes of the property/building can be shared/distributed, online or otherwise.
* Compensation/penalty of R$ 2.000 in case of broken glass inside the pool.
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
