Summary: ProsCondo was very nice and the Complex itself was very nice and clean which was much appreciatedCons1) Checking in was terrible We checked in around 5:00 Sunday afternoon and there were only 2 people ahead of me with 3 people at the Front Desk and it took forever. This is not a knock on the Owner but perhaps the Management company or whoever.2) Three issues with the condo, one was with the Flush valve lever which was fixed and the other was the Control board on the Fridge/Freezer so never produced any Ice or water, never got fixed.Last but certainly not the least is there was 3 (Doorknob and 2 Deadbolts) lock on the front door which we only had one key to fit the Doorknob, the Deadbolts were off limits unless you were inside the Unit. It turned out that it may have been a good thing due to the fact we got ran off the beach in the afternoon due to a Thunder Shower. Somebody was trying to get into the Unit, I did not get to the door in time the 1st time they tried but the second time I did and they had a key to the Unit claiming it was theirs's. They left and I immediately called the front desk about it. Whoever I spoke with on the phone did not seem to concerned about it at all so I went up there the next morning and spoke with someone different, he seem to think they had the wrong bldg. Who knows but I do believe it was the Front Desk fault.Being all that said, the Unit was very nice and large.These are all issues with management except for the 3 locks.
