This exquisite, solar powered, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath executive smart home features a large gourmet kitchen which overlooks a stunning, resort style backyard with a heated pool, waterslide, jacuzzi and firepit. We have lots of pool and beach toys, coolers, beach umbrella, childrens' life jackets and water wings. Conveniently located close to Del Mar Beach & Fairgrounds, Torrey Pines Golf Course, SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Safari Park, Old Town and LEGOLAND. The kitchen has double wall ovens, a five burner gas range and is fully equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. There is a Keurig, a drip machine and a French press for your coffee brewing. A large side by side refrigerator/freezer and lots of dishes, and plastic beverage glasses and plates as well as linens for both indoors and outdoors. Each bedroom also has a fridge and a Keurig. Outside there is a large gas BBQ with rotisserie as well as a "Big Green Egg".

Summary: This house was just perfect for our San Diego vacation. The location was great for all the activities we wanted to do with our kids; zoo, safari park, legoland, etc. and the house was even better than we expected. The pool was great and there was plenty of space for our group of 6 to all relax!! Paula made sure we had everything we needed and was so quick to respond with any questions we had. We can’t wait to come back someday and stay again!!
