WHAT I ENJOY ABOUT THIS HOUSE and the area.:
The house is filled with lots of sunlight & has many spaces to relax in ~ just slide the doors back and it all opens out onto verandas
Then sit back & enjoy the ambience or stroll across to the park & take in a magnificent Pittwater sunset or take out one of the water crafts & get amongst the sailing boats.
Also the beach & many local cafes, restaurants, convenience stores or boutique shops are all just down the road in Newport.
Perfect for interstate or international travellers, family and friend catchups.
With so many weddings being held in this area - this is great accomodation for the whole family & friends.
Ideal retreat from Sydney or the rest of the world.
THE SPACE:
Open plan living areas, with 3 entertaining decks. BBQ available.
The surroundings are modern and uncluttered.
There are 4 x double bedrooms - comfy beds & pillows with lovely white linen - each with their own private en-suite ~ very private.
Large bifold doors open off the bedrooms onto their own balcony, lightly shaded by a canopy of trees.
Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer are available.
There is plenty of parking available in the driveway and there is also off street parking.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD and getting around:
Water activities such as swimming, SUP and kayaking (equipment provided) are easy with direct access to Pittwater only 50 metres away ~ Straight down the driveway and a few footsteps Florence Park and you’re there.
There is a short 15 min drive to Palm Beach where Home and Away is filmed.
Here you can take in the view of the peninsula with a glorious light house walk.
The bus stop is only 2.5 kms away with a direct line into the city.
Only 30 minutes drive to Manly.
You are close to restaurants, cafes, The Newport Hotel and only 800m to the Royal Motor Yacht Club.
National park and costal walks near by and in proximity to 6 world famous beaches and ocean pools.
So relaxing and tranquil you may never wish to leave.
