Located in the Marine Terrace neighborhood, you’ll be less than one block away from the desirable Shoreline Park that offers open green space, panoramic views of the ocean, a children’s playground, steps to Leadbetter Beach, and a quick walk to the restaurants and water sport areas of the Santa Barbara Harbor.
The large downstairs unit features custom cherry wood built-ins and accents, an open floor plan, a full-service Kitchen, and an added sunroom with a large dining space and grand piano. Both spacious Bedrooms include French Doors leading to a patio and seating area while the Primary Suite includes vaulted ceilings with skylights and an ensuite Bathroom. The private upstairs unit has a separate entrance with a balcony showcasing ocean views. The Kitchen, Dining Nook, and Living Room flow together anchored by a stone fireplace. The large Bedroom with a walk-in closet and Bathroom has been newly renovated with high-quality finishes.
