Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location and the beachfront
Negative: The pool’s water too salty and was not clear. Their policy of not allowing taxi or uber drivers to pick clients at the reception was bad. We had to walk half a mile to the main gate in order to order uber. On our return to the hotel, they couldn’t allow uber driver to drop us off at the reception. We had to walk back from the main gate.
Summary: The hotel’s location is good; their services were ok. However, certain restrictions can discourage customers.
