Summary: If you dont want to stay in a apartment with a stranger, then this is NOT for you. The person i shared this apartment with was cool overall but almost burnt down the plcae 3x, the sharable portable fan stayed in her room, not considerable for others who may need to use washer and dryer and dishes to cook in, and played her music very loudly! When i booked this room i saw nothing saying "sharable" or else i would have used my $590 somewhere else but once paid it was non-refundable. Be aware there is a hidden fee adter paying for the room, a "nonrefundable damage fee" of $55. I got this room for a week and there is NO ACCESS to the gate so i had to wait 20-30 min waiting on someone to come in or leave the property, so minus all of that the property was nice quite and clean, the refrigerator ice maker didn't work but everything else was cool and thats why i rated this stay a 3 star
