Welcome to our very unique vacation home located in Long Beach, CA. Come relax and indulge yourself in our spacious home. Baby ready (all items available upon request). Inside we have a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation, a roomy living room to fit 8-10 people, 3 bedrooms 1 1/2 bathrooms WiFi for all devices and unique decor that will excite your senses. Air Conditioning in main living area. Great for families, conventioneers, & large groups. Located minutes from Convention Center, Aquarium, Queen Mary, Performing Arts Center, and Historic Pine Ave. 30 min from LAX
We honor the VRBO cleanliness pledge and take additional precautions to help protect guests. In addition to thorough cleaning and disinfecting. We also offer single serving teas, coffees, sweeteners, etc.
The house is big and historic. It carries the charm and character of the era in which it was built. The home is a perfect get-away for travelers looking for a private, home-away-from-home experience. It's great for families, conventioneers, and larger traveling groups.

The entire house is yours to enjoy! Also, enjoy the front garden area and feel free to take fruit from the fruit trees (availability based on season).
Other things to note
The driveway area pavement is long and narrow and typically suitable for multiple car parking. We (the hosts) stay in a separate guest house at the back of the shared lot. We have access through the common area so while guests may occasionally see us, we really try to just leave guests alone to enjoy the house.

Summary: Three adults rented this home during our week-long stay in Long Beach for a conference. I am so grateful for our time at the property, both for the amenities as well as the attentive but non-intrusive hospitality of our host, Al. While we could walk to the Conference Center, 30 min. was on the longish side and in the heat, we found it easier to use ride shares. Even with added transportation costs, we paid less for a week in a house than we might have paid for a single hotel room closer to the Conference Center, with added opportunities to meet neighbors and get a feel for the character of the city. Al, who is the property owner, is a gracious host who set the tone from the outset, but the hospitality extended across the community, from the owners of A & B Market next door, to Rose Park Roasters down the street, to the warm welcome and tasty tacos served at Mamy's Place. We deeply appreciate our time at this property and recommend it highly! Thank you, Al!
