This lower level floor of a larger home has a wide open living area that includes a galley kitchen, Full Bathroom with standup Shower, as well as a washer/dryer. This large wide open space has everything needed for a couple or a larger group in town for work. I
t is all on a single level and, although not designed as such, it is possibly handicapped accessible as you park and enter all on the same level. There are no stairs in the unit or as you enter the unit.This could be considered a "basement" unit.
This lower level unit contains a laundry room with washer/dryer; a full bathroom with standup shower; a large "living room" area with a 70" Smart TV; a kitchen area with refrigerator and counter top and sink.
In this kitchenette we do provide a coffee maker, toaster and Air Fryer. However, we do not have a full size stove/oven here.
We have currently installed 3 Queen Size Beds.
Our grassy yard is completely fenced in for the little ones to run and play.
The flooring is tile which makes clean up a breeze - and YES we are pet friendly!
There is a large 70" Smart TV along with high speed WiFi. Parking is right outside your door.
This unit is perfect for singles, couples and/or work groups and Long Term Stays are welcome!
This unit is completely private and shares nothing with the upstairs unit. It is separated by a door which is dead-bolted and only the owner can open it.
