There is a private spacious patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Located in the Old Village of Mount Pleasant this newly renovated unit is full of charm! Two blocks away is the Cooper River where you can catch the sunrise over the Bridge. This unit is within walking distance to restaurants and shops in the Old Village and less than a mile from Shem Creek. This historic townhome is centrally located and is four miles to Sullivan’s Island beach and six miles to downtown Charleston.
These units are small cottages, so not equipped for 6 adults but you could fit 4 adults and 2 kids.
