Sit back and enjoy the newly refreshed and well stocked kitchen, brand new bathroom, and bedrooms each containing smart TVs, or relax on the sun porch with views of the surrounding mountains. No need to worry about bringing your dirty clothes home with you, the apartment comes with a brand new laundry center. For those of us that have to do a little bit of remote work, kick your worries to the curb, as the apartment comes outfitted with enterprise grade WiFi.
With numerous ATV and snowmobile trails within minutes of the property, this house is an outdoor lovers paradise. Take a drive or hike up scenic Mt. Washington, or hike through the White Mountain National Forest, and Jericho State Park. For the Skiers and Snowboarders, Wildcat and Attitash are a short drive away.
While all interior renovations have been completed, some incremental exterior cosmetic work is still underway, to include some exterior siding, garage, and entryway. This work will in no way impact your stay.

Summary: This apartment is large and newly redone. The kitchen was well stocked, the home was clean, they could have made a better choice when purchasing mattresses not everyone likes memory foam, only downside is it's almost an hour from Sunday River.. Also be prepared it's a 4 bedroom rental home that they expect you to only bring 1 car sometimes they allow 2. Clearly if you're renting a 4 bedroom home you are going to have more than 1 vehicle we had 3 all different family members well there is no where to park other vehicles no parking on the street in the winter. They need to tell you where to park, like parking at Walmart 3 miles down the road or get permission from the gas station up the road. Anyway nice clean home that served its purpose, but too far from Sunday River for an extended stay. If you can live with the ride to the mountain and the parking arrangement then it's a good deal for what they charge.
