The newly renovated, Post & Beam home offers three bedrooms and two full baths, three seating areas with TVs and high speed internet. Set on an expansive lawn you will enjoy unobstructed views of the Green Mountain National Forest and adjacent meadows
On the first floor of the home you will find a gracious living room with views of mountains and open skies, vaulted ceilings and large screen TV. A newly renovated, modern kitchen with new appliances, a gas range, and center island anchors the first floor and opens to the dining area. A sun room off the kitchen leads to the deck and backyard. Also on the first floor is the bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom with shower/tub combination, and washer dryer for your laundry. The front door opens to the porch with rocking chairs, ideal for your morning coffee and evening chats.
Ascend to the second floor, and you will find a comfortable master bedroom with a king bed, desk, and walk-in closet. On the landing, there is a TV lounge with seating, board games, and large screen TV. The second bathroom is on this floor, accessible from both the master bedroom and TV lounge. From here, a second set of stairs will bring you to the third floor, featuring lovely, long-range views. There is another seating area with TV and desk and a third bedroom with two twin XL beds.
