Our suite is self-contained and has a private entrance.
You have access to all the amenities and features inside the suite, as well as the ground floor patio and backyard.
There is a separate suite upstairs with tenants. Please do not disturb them.

We would love to chat with you and live nearby in Vancouver, but we also value your privacy. We can be easily reached by phone or text.
With our smart lock, you can check in anytime after 4:00 PM. We may or may not be available upon your arrival, but can certainly try our best if you would like us to be there.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Safety and security is important to us.
Our front door is equipped with a smart lock that allows us to remotely program your key code access, which will be sent to you prior to arrival. Our check-in time is 4:00 PM, but we can provide earlier access if the suite is ready. Our check-out time is 11:00 AM and we are open to late check-out requests based on availability.
Our suite is equipped with a first aid kit, flashlight, fire extinguisher and wired smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in all rooms.
We also have a separate hot water tank for the unit, so there'll be plenty of hot water for showers and baths!

HOUSE RULES

House Rules:
- Check in time is 4:00pm
- Check out time is 11:00am
- No parties or events.
- Off-Limit Areas: The upstairs suite currently has tenants living there, so please do not disturb them. Please do not go on the front porch or backyard second floor deck.
- Guests: The suite can accommodate up to 6 guests. Children aged 12 years and under stay free. There is no charge for 1-4 guests. Each additional guest is $10.00 per person per night. We will provide extra towels for additional paid guests.
- Visitors: We welcome your visitors, but kindly ask that you keep it to small gatherings. Overnight visitors are not allowed unless approved by us. No parties allowed - there are plenty of bars nearby so please go offsite.
- Quiet Hours: We have tenants upstairs and we have neighbours beside and across the street. Please be courteous and try to avoid excessive noise between 10:00pm to 8:00am.
- Smoking: We like to keep our place smelling fresh, so smoking is not permitted inside the suite or on the property. You
can smoke outside on the side walk and away from the house.
- Pets: We would love to have your furry friends stay with us, but unfortunately, some people have allergies, so to be respectful of all our guests, pets are not allowed.
- Shoes: We like to keep our floors clean, so please remove your shoes before walking inside the suite. We have a nice rack to store your shoes.
- Broken Items: Please report any broken items as soon as possible, so we can determine the replacement or repair value.
