Private entrance and gated backyard give you privacy and room to stretch, with scenic Ballinger park a couple minutes drive away. Spacious kitchenette includes a full fridge, toaster oven, and 2 burner counter cooktop.
This is a downstairs apartment. Upstairs, we have two little ones who may be heard during the day (quiet hours at 7pm)-- we are happy to quiet them and/or provide earplugs if needed!

Summary: My second time at this property was just as good as the first time! Definitely will consider this location if I have more business training in the area again. I felt that I got very good value for my money, and was able to sleep without the traditional hotel noise being a problem.
