Positive: Comfortable, nice and cozy place. Really quite and nice neighborhood, lots of food places nearby. A must! Easy to find and able to access, simple instructions provided, there is a camera at main door for safety 👍 Big living room with nice pillows and blankets. TV and internet was available, reseanable and spacious dining area with a comfortable kitchen. Rooms are big and comfortable the beds are memory foam, and AC is available as portable unit. Great little outdoor area with corn hole, a fire pit and a grill, all working great!! Management is great to reach out if any issues or concerns.
Negative: - We had a tripped breaker, but was able to call and solve the problem, fast response time by text and call. - Notified trhu text, gate locking mechanism faulty, nothing to worry about.
Summary: Urban casita, a must to stay!
