Summary: I booked this spot for a girls trip with my bestie. 1. I never received check-in instructions prior to arrival day. No biggie! Fast forward to an hour after check-in time and still no instructions. So i sent a message to the host hoping to have them by the time i arrived to the rental. After almost 2 hours and no response, i called the number listed for the host and someone else answered who was not the host! I contacted Vrbo customer service at this point and eventually received a msg from the host. He did apologize for me not receiving instructions and even stated he'd give a discount (which i have yet to see 11 days after check-out). My bestie's truck was also towed day 3 of 4 for apparently not having a parking pass (nor did i) even though we were not in a reserved or numbered parking spot. The host did pay for the cost of getting the truck back but we were on edge the rest of the trip and opted to park in marked visitor parking spots on the 1st floor. The penthouse was awesome and clean.The host Harrison is a really nice guy but whoever is managing the property for him is not doing a great job.
