Positive: The location is very nice situated in the nature. We were lucky that the studio was river oriented.
Negative: The furnitures in the studio are old and crappy. Mostly the kitchen table and kitchen cabinets need to be replaced. And bathroom furniture detto. There is not really space for 5 persons already for 4 was tight.
