This stylish, two bedroom, one bath, modern cabin, situated steps from the national forest, was decorated to reflect a luxury resort. The home, surrounded by nature, offers access to outdoor adventures of all seasons, including skiing, hiking, and lake activities. Spend your day, soaking up the sun and unwind at night with your favorite beverage stargazing in our private spa.
The space
MODERN INDOOR LIVING:
Sectional sofa with comfy blankets, swivel chair, 55' Smart TV, Amazon Alexa, Board Games, Nest Thermostat, Split Unit Air Conditioning & FREE WiFi. NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE CABIN.
CHEF'S KITCHEN:
Well equipped, 4-person dining, gas stove, drip coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, toaster, blender, slow cooker, juicer, spice wall, coffee grinder, and a small mixer. Everything you need to cook a gourmet meal.
SUITES:
Enjoy the perfect sleep experience with our top-of-the-line queen memory foam mattresses and high thread count sheets. Each Suite accommodates two people.
GENERAL:
The Front Deck has a seating area with a fire pit & Umbrella. The back deck has an outdoor dining table with an umbrella, BBQ Grill & seating for 4. Fenced-in private yard (pet-friendly UNDER 25 LBS/ONE PET DOGS ONLY/ NO CATS) with 4-person spa. Spectacular Mountain views from front and back decks.
The owner will consider a larger pet through inquiry and information provided. Please do not book without providing details for the pet.
PARKING:
Driveway (2-vehicle limit). Street parking is prohibited.
QUIET HOURS:
10:00 PM-7:00 AM Please note that sound travels in the mountains and we ask that you keep noise levels low during quiet hours. We respect our neighbors and the community of Big Bear. NO PARTIES PERMITTED!
SECURITY CAMERAS:
Please note: The owner has a ring doorbell and ADT camera at front of the property for security purposes only. There is also a ring camera in the side yard and does not point in the backyard. The sideyard camera is to check on the SPA company after each guest's departure.
TRASH & RECYCLING:
All bagged trash must be placed inside black dumpsters at the front of the property. Recycling should only be placed inside the blue cans. Never leave trash or recycling outside of the cans provided as it attracts wildlife and we want our guests and animals to be safe.

Parking is limited to two vehicles. No street parking.

Owner will provide door code the day of the reservation and will turn off alarm prior to arrival.
NO GLITTER ALLOWED!!!! Guests will be charged extra fee if glitter or any other substance not easily removed by vacuum or general cleaning. Chains are required in winter months (Nov-March) including all 4×4 vehicles.
