Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location and the included breakfast and secure parking and the unexpected complimentary upgrade!

Negative: Unfortunately on the Saturday night the people next to our room were extremely loud, noisy and screaming until 3.30am when I just had enough as I hadn’t slept at all and knocked on the door to politely ask them to be more considerate of others around them trying to sleep….. it wasn’t the hotels fault just an unfortunate incident! You cannot check in earlier than 3pm and if you do there is a fee….. there shouldn’t be one if your regulars!

Summary: Was a more pleasant experience this time around with the complimentary upgrade and complimentary drinks!
