- NOTE: Per Tahoe regulations, the maximum occupancy for this property is 22 guests, but only 16 adult guests are allowed with the addition of 6 children (5 years old or younger). The ordinance restricts occupancy of short-term rentals to 2 people per bedroom, with an additional 2 people allowed to stay in the house. These limits on occupancy take effect at 10:00 PM daily and do not apply to children age 16 or under.

All check-ins are "non-contact" for the foreseeable future. We have chosen Zoom as our platform for check-ins. The booking guest(s) should have the app installed on a phone they will be traveling with. Being a wilderness destination can create challenges in response times and services on short notice. Linens supplied shall be limited to the number of guests stated at the time of booking.
