Villa Cremona is an old Art Nouveau villa that was built in 1910. The first owner, the band leader of the spa orchestra, named it after his Italian hometown Cremona. A later owner, the poet August Herrmann, immortalized our villa in the monograph 'Mein Paradies Bansin'. The villa was in poor condition at the beginning of the 1990s, but was completely restored between 1993 and 1994. For this purpose, the house was hollowed out to the facade and almost completely rebuilt from the inside. An extension that was not part of the original structure was also torn down. In addition, the garden has been completely redesigned, but the old trees have been preserved. We are particularly proud of the elaborately handcrafted old fence in front of the house. The building, along with the entrance roof and fence, is a listed building. Each apartment has a parking space, and there is also a covered storage space for bicycles. Cremo 3: The apartment consists of a very nice and spacious living / bedroom with a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom and a sunny terrace that leads to the garden. There is a large garden, parking spaces and bicycle port available. Villa Cremona has a beautiful romantic garden that is very well maintained. It is the place to retreat to after a nice day on the beach to enjoy the last hours of the evening sun, or you can just spend the whole day there, reading a good book and enjoying the twittering of the birds. As we are partners of the Golf Hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs. Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
