The space
VILLA LAYOUT
Villa Divina offers 3 separate pavilions set around an idyllic pool terrace within beautiful tropical gardens: the main living pavilion, the master bedroom pavilion and the smaller outdoor pool-side pavilion.
The main living pavilion is set over 2 floors with the lower floor hosting an open-plan air-conditioned living and dining area with fully functional kitchen and convenient guest toilet.
The living area has an L-shaped sofa and bean bags with 55" smart TV offering 6,000 IPTV channels from 60 countries and high quality Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker.
The kitchen is equipped with a electric hob, microwave, extractor hood and fridge-freezer with toaster, blender, kitchenware, pots/pans and Nespresso machine
The upper level of this pavilion offers 2 guest bedrooms separated by a shared bathroom with shower. The first guest bedroom offers a king-size double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds (can be pushed together to form a double bed). Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning.
The spacious master bedroom pavilion features a stunning wooden ceiling and is equipped with a functional kitchenette with small fridge, kitchenware, kettle and Nespresso machine. The private en-suite bathroom offers a luxurious outdoor terrazzo bathtub. This master bedroom pavilion also offers a sofa bed, 40" smart TV and small private garden terrace area.
The outdoor pool-side pavilion offers a comfortable outdoor sofa, chairs with coffee table and a outdoor dining table for 6 with top quality BBQ King 3-burner gas BBQ.
The private 10 meter swimming pool is perfect to cool off and the spacious Jacuzzi is the perfect place to enjoy a refreshment and idyllic surroundings. The swimming pool is 1.4m deep and Jacuzzi area is 0.9 m deep featuring a modern digital LED lighting system with different color options and strobe effect option. The sun terrace also offers 4 sun loungers with sun umbrellas and a comfortable day bed.

Additional Information
-Check-out time is before 12 noon and check-in time after 3pm. We can be flexible on this unless there are guests checking in/out on the same day as your departure/arrival. To secure an early check-in or late check-out in advance we require a fee of half of 1 night's rental.
-The use of the villa is for registered guests only and the occupancy of the property should never exceed 7 guests
-No parties or events
-Smoking in outdoor areas only
-We do not accept groups of young travelers celebrating high school graduation
