Close to the small shops in the center (15 minutes on foot) and the supermarket with drive (5 minutes by car).
The 1500m² land with trees and facing south invites you to relax on the deckchairs or in the spa, in the sun from morning to evening. It also allows you to park your cars safely.
The villa is close to residential houses, which does not allow the organization of noisy events (no music, songs, shouting) particularly between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
