OUR BEACHES: Our beaches, which stretch along the 8 km of coastline, have been awarded the Blue "flag" granted by the European Community. They have the ISO 9001 Quality System Certification, and the ISO 14001 Environmental Management Certification, and stand out for their cleanliness, the exceptional quality of their waters and its various comfortable services and activities. We start the route from the beach of Cap d'Or, which protects the bay and the beach of El Portet, of fine sand and clear waters. It is a small beach in the shape of a shell and a beautiful place to take a quiet swim or take one of the underwater routes. In the direction of Moraira and near the mouth of the Nautical Club, we find the cove "du Portichol", isolated and very suitable for diving and fishing. The beach of l'Ampolla extends at the foot of the Castle Tower, it is the largest and most frequented beach of fine sand, ideally located in the centre of Moraira. Beach certified with the Q of Tourist Quality (A 187001). It has facilities, access and handicap services. Continuing south, you will find "Les Platgetes", two small coves with transparent waters where areas of fine sand and rocks follow one another. They have a very pleasant viewpoint-promenade, garden and parking area. Very close to here are the impressive cliffs. The Andragó cove is located in this environment. Its rocks and crystal clear waters are perfect for scuba diving. A viewpoint dominates the cove and offers one of the most photographed viewpoints of this coast. The coastline continues steeply, reaching its maximum extension on the point called "Punta de l'Estrella", due to its similarity to an arm of a starfish. On its other side is the cove of Cap Blanc.
