The house is located in a secluded environment among the green hills overlooking the Val di Chiana and can be reached thanks to a country road dotted with cypresses and green pines. The villa is surrounded by about two hectares of land that include large gardens with fragrant plants and shrubs and a large olive grove with about 200 olive trees. The pool is located on the edge of the olive grove, in a splendid position overlooking the surrounding landscape.
