Positive: The location was perfect. The free beach was a 10 minute walk away. The apartment has a safe place for parrking which is very important in Grado. Good restaurants and a bakery are very close.
Negative: You can only get the key between 4and 6 at an office downtown - where parking is very difficult and you have to return the keys here by 10 in the morning... why is it not possible to Dropbox them in the letterbox.? The air conditioner is at the entrance opposite the two bedrooms, so if you want to cool them down, you can't close the bedroom doors and it gets very cold in the living room. Also, the kitchen is very small - why is there a huge microwave oven if its plug doesn't fit in the socket? We were given 1 little toilet paper roll for the four of us for three days. There was no washing liquid (other apartments in Italy provide the guests with it). We weren't told how the gas oven worked.
