Positive: It is a large space, easy access to Sevilla (about 20 minutes by car), stores close by, large couch and three bathrooms, it is very spacious, free parking, it had an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and a high chair.
Negative: It lacks character, it is so bare, that you feel like in a prison. It requires a lot of updates and fixes, I could tell that the owners don’t care about this place a bit. The shutters were broken, the bathtub too etc. I wanted to go Pepco and at least decorate it with fake plants and some cheap pictures, it would make a huge difference. The wifi didn’t work at all, I messaged the owner but they didn’t respond at all (this was long before the power blackout). The outside place is terrible, it is just so ugly and surrounded with walls. The place needs more love.
