Villa Port Vell is our dream come true: Brand new, comfortable tropical home with 4 bedrooms with A/C and fans, 4 bathrooms, big living room/dining room, large kitchen and breakfast counter. Pool with massive sun patio. Outdoor kitchen by the pool, including refrigerator, gas BBQ, gas stove, TV and bar. The house has space for 12 people across King and Queen size beds and bunks. The house has space for everyone to relax or work, thanks to our 100MB Internet connection. Join us in paradise!!

Summary: Overall we were happy with this property: we loved the outside area, but the pool was a little on the small side.Unfortunately, our stay coincided with a monsoon, so we could not enjoy the outside as much as would be normal and the howler monkeys, also unhappy with the rain, woke us at 5.00 each morning. Nevertheless, it was lovely to be so close to nature.The bedrooms are confortable and the living space also.The kitchen is well equipped and there is the bonus of the outside kitchen and extra fridge.Octal beach was not safe for swimming at the time we were there , the safest one is in Cahuita National Park.The property left beach chairs and toys for the children, very much appreciated, as was the immediate response from Christian if we had any problems or questions.Thank you to our hosts
